Selong Belanak · Lombok

500 m² of land · 957 m² over three levels
Three storeys of concrete and hanging green on the village road, the pool catching the last light on the roof. The front door of the whole system, and the one place you will come to every single day.

Volt · 38 seats · ground floor, street side
Speciality coffee, matcha, elixirs, protein-forward bites, a green-marble counter, the gym visible through the door. No membership needed to sit here. It is how most people enter the Sanctum world, and why most of them stay.

Gym 157 m² · Life Fitness
The floor opens through glass onto palms, the stair rising beside it. No mirrors to perform to, no music louder than the conversation. Serious equipment for serious people who do not need to prove it.

Boxing and Hyrox hall 100 m² · second floor
Heavy bags, sleds, a rig, a sprint lane under one line of light. Hyrox, HIIT and boxing, morning and evening. The surfer, the runner and the founder on a programme, side by side and breathing hard.

Cardio and conditioning · 60 m² studio beside it
Treadmills, bikes and rowers in a dark room with the garden pressed against the glass, the studio for step, mobility and breath next door. A whole level given to training, and the quietest cardio room you will ever run in.

204 lockers · 120 women’s, 84 men’s
Arched mirrors, warm light, stone that is never wet underfoot. The women’s side is larger on purpose. A locker room is where a member decides whether a club is loved. This one is cleaned every ninety minutes.

Pulse · members’ bar · rooftop, semi-enclosed
A copper-lit bar under the roof, open to the trees on one side, no alcohol on the shelf: hydration, shakes and elixirs, served to members in robes after the bath house. The moment the Club stops being a gym and becomes the room where a town meets.

Bath house 261 m² · 34 m² magnesium pool · sauna, two ice baths
Sauna, two ice baths and a magnesium pool on black stone, the trees close enough to touch. The ritual the whole system shares begins here, in the hour after training, when the work is done and the talk begins.

Pulse · rooftop · jungle terrace
A canopy of vines, palms at the rail, this week’s produce on the table. Where the Club’s evenings end at a table instead of a locker. A town that already meets on the beach at dusk, finally given a roof.

500 m² of land · 957 m² built · 204 lockers · bath house on the roof
Three lit storeys at dusk, planted balconies, Volt glowing at the road. The daily rite of the system: where a resident comes every day, and a guest comes between the Enclave and the Collective, to sweat, to soak, to belong.
